Two-Bedroom Garage Addition Living Space Design

I would like to construct a new, detached garage with an in-law suite above. The garage will be at the existing driveway grade (2 car) and have another garage bay on the rear as the slopes fades towards the lake. The "back" garage will be for lawnmower/tools/etc. Above the garages I would like to have an in-law type suite. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms if possible with a kitchenette area (no stove or dishwasher) and a living room area. I would like to have a balcony or deck above a portion of the back garage.
