Traditional Wood Deck Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a home architect, landscape architect, or structural engineer to create a formal deck design for submission with a building permit. Attached is a sketch but I can provide better drawings and materials list upon hiring.
Key Requirements:
- Design a wooden second-story deck.
- I removed a prior deck so the ledgers, sliding door, and electrical are all in place I only need deck design.
Deliverable:
- Deck design plans that meets City of Bellevue WA code.
- I will be using Trex or cedar and don't need help with materials selection or list.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in deck design.
- Strong portfolio of similar projects.
- Expertise in wood as a construction material.
