I am seeking an experienced architect and builder to design and construct a three-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with a traditional style. This unit will consist of two apartments positioned atop a garage.

- Primary Purpose: The ADU is intended as a rental property, so design considerations should be made to accommodate potential tenants.
- Architectural Style: I envision a traditional design for the ADU. The expert's ability to interpret and implement this style will be crucial for the project.
