Traditional Style Home Construction Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a professional architect or designer to create detailed construction plans for a traditional style home. The house should accommodate 5 bedrooms -
Main floor - 3 car garage, open floor plan with living room and dining and kitchen - kitchen sink window looking to the back of house with 3 windows above the sink and countertops- master bedroom, master bath with window in bathroom. Laundry room the size of a bedroom to provide closet rods around walls and island in middle to fold clothes.
Upstairs- L shaped stairs going up 48" wide step treads - 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths
Basement - large workshop area with garage door - bedroom and full bath in basement - media room and storage/gym room
Front porch 12x12ft covered
Back porch covered 12x30ft
Key Requirements:
- Design for 4-5 bedrooms
- Inclusion of a home office and guest room
- Traditional architectural style
Ideal Skills:
