I'm seeking detailed architectural plans for a traditional-style single-family home (~3300 Sq ft). Looking for a freelancer to deliver complete residential house plans, including structural engineering, ready for permit and construction.

Scope
Full architectural plans (floor plans, elevations, sections, site plan)
Structural design included:
Foundation, framing, beams, roof structure
Load calculations
Structural details and connections
Coordination for permit-ready, code-compliant drawings

Requirements
