Traditional Single-Family Home Blueprints
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking detailed blueprints for a traditional-style, single-family home with 4 to 5 bedrooms.
Requirements:
- Architectural design for traditional-style homes
- Blueprint creation for 4-5 bedroom layout
- Compliance with local building codes
- Experience with single-family home projects
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Degree in architecture or related field
- Proven portfolio of traditional home designs
- Strong understanding of residential building regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
We have a existing structure we are going to demo leaving the foundation and cap. We have floor plans designed and written on graph paper. We need the floor plans turned into plans that our builder can use including a truss plan ,framing plan, window schedule and elevations.
