Traditional Residential Architecture & Design, etc

I'm in need of an architect to assist me with a traditional residential project.

The ideal candidate should have experience with:
- Traditional architectural design
- Residential architecture
- Design consultation
- Construction documents
- Interior design
- Design of electrical, sanitary, foundation, and structural plans (no higher than 4 floors)
- Experience with designs of residential buildings or large-scale works with pre-dimensioning

Your role will be to help with all aspects of the architectural project.
