Traditional Residential Architect Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a project in the works that requires a skilled architect, well-versed in traditional architectural styles, with the ability to create blueprints and devise a comprehensive site plan. I will provide a set design that will need to be transformed into a tangible building plan.
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Excellent knowledge in traditional residential architecture design
• Create blueprints based from a pre-set design
• Prepare an in-depth layout of the site
• Interior layout & space concept development
The perfect candidate will have substantial experience working on traditional residential buildings, creating blueprints, and designing interior spaces, understanding how to transform ideas/concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
This is a project in Oshawa, Ontario. Please google the address to understand the project. The plan is to build a triplex (including the basement). The basement floor will have a height of 8.5; floor 1 will be 9ft and floor 2 will be 9 ft height. The roof will have the slightest possible pitch to accomodate height restriction. Please note the driveway and parking requirements for the rear.
