Traditional Pool House Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled architect or designer to create plans for a traditional-style pool house in my backyard. The primary purpose of this structure will be as an entertainment area.
The front of the pool house will have a garage door style opening. There will also be a door on the left side of the structure.
The sturcture will need to support water and electrical. It will need two 220 Volt line (dedicated) and 2 110 volt line (dedicated).
It will be built on an existing concrete slab.
The structure must match the style of the primary house (see included picture)
Key Requirements:
- Architectural design experience, particularly with traditional styles.
- Understanding of creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing entertainment spaces.
- All architectural files required to sumbit for city permits must be included.
Freelancers with a strong portfolio in similar projects will be given preference. Please include relevant past work in your bid.
