Traditional Lower Floor Renovation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm seeking an experienced architect to design and create plans for a residential home lower floor renovation.
Have a need for your intelligence to support a residential building need. I am having to redo my lower floor in the house, floorplan attached, and am looking for inspiration on how to accommodate a 1 or 2 bedroom suite, while maintaining a bedroom/bathroom/mechanical room tied to the upstairs.
I don't have much time to plan for this, discovered that the strip footing was not on bedrock today, and need to build in a floor plan much sooner than expected.
Let me know if you have any thoughts on a layout in the very near future. I expect we will move forward with two interior posts overtop the strip footing to create an open layout to work with.
