Traditional Granny Annexe Design

I'm looking for a basic concept sketch for a granny annexe with a barn style / traditional style. The design should encompass 2 x bedroom, bathroom as well as a living area and kitchen.I have already done a floor plan, but need drawings to supply to builders for quotation. Not sure if anymore than a CAD drawing is required which fits in walls / windows etc. I can provide the size of current structure/floor plan, along with my requirements.
