I'm seeking a professional architect with experience in designing traditional style duplexes. The project involves creating detailed plans for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex with a brick exterior. The master bedroom is located on the main level and there's a one-car garage.

Key Elements of the Project:
- Architectural Design: The duplex should embody a traditional architectural style.
- Brick Exterior: The brick used should be durable, with a focus on long-lasting quality over color matching or pattern.
- Roof Design: The roof design should be visually appealing, but should not include a flat roof.
-Max Width is 58' and Max Depth is 50'. Does not need to fill this space but with setbacks, those are max dimensions
