Traditional Daycare Childcare Concept Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Seeking an experienced architect or draftsman to prepare proof-of-concept plans showing how a childcare facility could be developed on my property at 45 Darling St, Roseville (site area: 1,434m², R2 zoning, Heritage Conservation Area). Plans do not need to be DA-ready, just a basic concept to demonstrate feasibility for a future childcare centre (layout, outdoor/indoor play, access, parking, drop-off, etc).
Must reference current planning controls (Willoughby Council DCP/LEP, SEPP, etc.).
Any relevant experience with childcare design or Willoughby Council highly regarded.
CAD and Revit files of the site and existing plans are available for your use.
Can provide survey, site context, and previous plans if needed.
Quick turnaround preferred.

It is essential that the designs comply with the Willoughby Council HCA regulations.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in traditional architecture
- Experience in designing childcare facilities
- Knowledge of Willoughby Council regulations
