Hello - I am a licensed General Contractor looking to partner with a licensed South Carolina Architect for the design services for a 4,000 SF new construction church in the Gaston, SC area. The building structure will be a pre-engineered metal building.
Ideal scenario would to role Structural + MEP Design Services under your umbrella as well but can also contract direct with those disciplines as needed.
