Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a skilled architect who can help design a traditional style, brick exterior building on a 35 ft by 60 ft plot. The layout needs to accommodate a ground level parking, with the first floor comprising two tenant portions each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hall and kitchen. The second floor and a small portion of the third floor should house a large, tall hall that spans both levels, along with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a hall, kitchen and dining room.
Key features include:
- An interior staircase connecting to the third floor
- Potential for 2 bedrooms on the third floor
- Several balconies on the second floor
- A lift option connecting all floors
- A setback of 1.5 meters from the front and 1 meter from all other sides
Tenant amenities should also be considered, including a laundry room and a rooftop garden. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in traditional architecture and brick construction, as well as a strong understanding of tenant-friendly design.
