Hello Designers,
I'm looking to hire a skilled architect or home designer to create a 2D architectural floor plan and a 3D front elevation or interior layout for a residential house on a 25 ft (width) × 60 ft (depth) plot located in India.
Plot Details:
Size: 25 ft x 60 ft (750 sq. ft)
Location: India (consider Indian norms and ventilation)
Orientation: North-facing (entrance from North)
Backyard: 20 ft
Frontyard: 30 ft (after 10 ft setback from the road in the north side)
House Requirements:
Ground floor only (first floor in future)
Bedrooms: 3 (with attached bathrooms preferred)
Bathrooms: 3 (minimum)
Living room & separate family room
Foyer / Entrance area on east side -- optional can be made a sitout
Kitchen with attached storeroom
Indoor stairs (for future extension)
Deliverables:
Detailed 2D Floor Plan (with all room dimensions)
3D Front Elevation (or 3D walk-through, optional)
Room labeling (Bedroom, Kitchen, etc.)
Source files (CAD, SketchUp, etc.) and high-quality image/PDF
Revisions: 5–6 included
