I'm seeking an architect with experience in designing ADA Traditional style homes, specifically for a 16-bed assisted living facility. The plans need to adhere to Illinois ADA standards and include specific accessibility features.

Key Project Requirements:
- Design in a Traditional architectural style.
- Incorporate wider doorways and hallways, grab bars and handrails throughout the home.
- Include a variety of common areas: a Dining room, a Library, and a Harth/Gathering room.
- Plan for a Commercial kitchen that meets Illinois group home regulations.
- Design a wheelchair accessible shower room.
- Ensure all 16 bedrooms include a half bath minimum.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of both traditional architectural design and the specific requirements for assisted living facilities in Illinois. Experience with ADA compliance and designing for accessibility is crucial. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal. This design should include a bank of windows looking to the back of the property which will have a patio and a large garden type area. Simple designs from the outside with minimal roof lines.
