Tiny House on Skids construction drawings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Australian building requirements.
I'm in need of a drafts person who can create construction drawings for a tiny house on skids. This tiny house will serve as an office or studio, so the design needs to be practical, efficient.
Key responsibilities:
- open to using previous designs if they suit.
- Develop comprehensive construction drawings
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in tiny house design or similar small-scale architecture
- Proficiency in relevant design software
- Ability to create practical and functional designs for specific purposes
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and implementing my vision
I am after construction drawings for a 12mx 4m studio (bathroom at one end) on skids that I can build myself.
I am Primarily interested in steel structure- I would like to build to at least BAL 27 requirements (would love to do 40 but depends on cost).
I also have furry slightly noisy companions so would also like to minimize their noise being shared with the neighborhood!
I have permission to camp on my property right now but would like the ability to eventually expand the build and have it be recognized as a 1a building.
Please let me know what I should be budgeting.
