Tiny House First-Floor Duplex Floor Plan Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an expert who can create a comprehensive floor plan for the first level of my tiny house, while also adhering to Indian Vastu principles.
Now, the Site is under construction, ground floor 9 pillars with 6 inches each.( ref attached drawing for dimensions)
As per the attached drawing, the ground floor is done, we need suggestions, and ideas for a tiny house First-floor Duplex and space-saving ideas. ( The drawing with the correct dimension is good enough, if wish to give 3D happy to consider your work)
Please note this is a Fixed one-time work budget for 3000Rs, Quote only if the price is acceptable to you.
The plan has to follow this
1. First Floor Living Room with Balcony facing EAST with 3 side Big Window
The living room should have only one single room for elders with a common bathroom and one kitchen.
2. From Inside the staircase to Two Rooms with attached one bathroom, doors facing East, and windows facing west.
This plan should include:
- A detailed furniture layout
- Placement of electrical outlets
- Positioning of plumbing fixtures
- A complete civil layout
In addition, the civil layout should highlight crucial details such as:
- Foundation specifics
- The drainage system
- Utility lines
- Sunlight options
- Balcony details
- Windows specifications
