Tiny Home Community Site Plan Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a comprehensive site plan for a tiny home community intended for residential living. The community will be designed to accommodate more than 20 tiny homes.
Key Features of the Site Plan:
- A shared kitchen
- A community room equipped with meeting space and offices
- A designated pet area
- A green area
- A community garden for residents to grow vegetables and flowers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in site planning and design
- Previous experience working on residential community plans
- Understanding of space management for tiny home communities
- Ability to incorporate amenities into the design.
The community should have a pre-built small units from 75-150 sq ft aesthetic. Ensure to include advanced facilities such as internet connectivity and solar power options. Include a park with benches in the green area. The community should follow a clustered layout style for the arrangement of tiny homes. The site plan should include a pet area as part of the outdoor recreational spaces. The desired infrastructure for utilities is electrical either overhead or trenched. Site will not have sewer initially so will either have waterless units in each unit or in communal units. Septic is also possible. Water will go to communal units.
