The project of rehabilitation of a gym into an environmentally and socially sustainable building

We have an existing gym project that is almost a small area and I would like to design a model for the rehabilitation of the building to become sustainable according to LEED standards .. I want to get a simplified analysis of the building to achieve environmental and social sustainability
