Architecture competition:
We are looking to potentialize an existing retreat "The Historic Rivermill" and turn it into a bigger eco friendly commercial project, taking advantage of the existing buildings (museum/ dining hall/ chapel/river etc) and adding short term Visitor accommodation for couples and families either to stay for holidays or to hold guests from differents events happening in the function centre. Also to add a horse riding school where people from all ages are able to learn horse riding and recreate themselves in a natural setting.
We invite you to submit a Design Concept to explore new ideas, identify major design issues, and opportunities to reimagine the subject site. The aim is to select the design that best responds to this rural mixed use property. It is the Client’s intention to engage the selected author to further develop the design and complete the Project.
This is a competition, but we will pay you for all designs submitted. Send us your quote before participation.
