Thailand House Build
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I need a Thai architect that is fluent in English to help design my future house build in North-eastern Thailand. I want the total cost of the house build to not exceed 3 million baht. The plans must be easily read by a skilled and proficient local level Thai builder using standard Thai building techniques and materials. The architect must be Thai based with a good knowledge of local building techniques and materials.
I want a high set house, approx. 3 metres off the ground with the lower level only containing a spare shower/toilet and basic Thai kitchen. The rest of downstairs should be left open for vehicles etc. I would like the stairs to be internal. Upstairs I require 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge dining, and small kitchenette. I require a large front veranda for ample outdoor living space, but would also like a smaller back veranda as well.
The design I have attached is the overall look I am going for, but should be changed and improved upon for my requirements.
