I have a plain text file (PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ THIS AND THAT YOU HAVE VIEWED THE ATTACHED FILE) that stores one data entry per line, and I need those records laid out cleanly in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets).
