Technical site map drawings for house plans and septic layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi there,
Looking for someone to draw up a site map with basic setbacks and to scale properly for my architecture class. I have a hand-drawn layout of all the details.
Here are the basics:
70X120 Property
The building footprint is 42x34
County Setbacks:
Front 25'
Back 30' (30' for structure and I believe 10" drain fields)
Sides 10'
Septic tank area 15x10
Drainfield must have 200' total. Thinking 4 runs of 50' spaced 4' apart.
Really just looking to get this sketched out a little more official-looking with the basic setbacks and scaled dimensions.
