Technical 2D Drawings from 3D Model

Project overview:
I need an architect or architectural designer to produce precise technical 2D drawings for an adaptive reuse project. The 2D drawings must reflect and extract what already exists in my 3D Rhino model — essentially transferring and cleaning the 3D geometry into CAD-ready 2D plans and sections.

Scope / Deliverables:
3 full floor plans (complete, annotated):
- Ground floor (plan)
- Mezzanine / Second floor (soppalco)
- Roof / Terrace plan

+ 2 building sections:
- One vertical section (longitudinal or cross — showing full building height and relationships)
- One horizontal section / cut that best illustrates the internal layout (select the most informative cut and note its location)

*All drawings must include dimensioning, room labels, relevant fixtures/furnishings pulled from the 3D model, basic annotations and scale bar.

Files I will provide:
- DWG file with empty plan/section templates (layers/title block available)
- Complete 3D Rhino model (contains all geometry and elements)

Expected output formats:
- DWG (layered, clean, editable) matching the provided DWG template
- High-resolution PDFs (print-ready at the selected scale)

Skills & experience required:
- Professional experience as an architect / architectural designer or technical draftsman
- Strong command of Rhino → AutoCAD
- Knowledge of architectural drawing conventions: scales, lineweights, layers, dimensioning, annotation
