This needs to be a post and beam construction to carry the load.
This will be on slab.
Material for Slab Posts Beams will be GeoPolymer - same construction as cement but we are making these components ourselves so we will need design drawings for each component needed. We will use these to make the molds to cast the components.
Location of build is Photaram, Ratchaburi, Thailand for climate details
Gutters to capture rainwater
Please mention any previous experience you have had with tiny home design using sustainable materials
Front covered (open) porch with room for 4 people comfortably sitting at an outdoor table and on outdoor bench
Exterior will have lime render tinted light beige
Interior will be lime render
Call out ceramic back splashes in food prep counters
On Slab this structure needs to be elevated 2" to elevate Hempcrete blocks off of slab to protect from water damage. This will be done with 2" 15Cm wide X 45CM long riser bricks made of geopolymer
Slab is proud of ground 12-24 inches
Deliverables
Build drawings
CAD drawings
Bill of materials
Separate excel like costing spreadsheet for BOM ( will plug in local pricing)
