Work Note for Freelancer: Residential House Floor Plan Project (1200 sq.ft)
I am looking for an experienced freelancer with strong expertise in residential planning, especially using natural materials and sustainable design principles. The project involves creating a detailed floor plan for a residential house on a 1200 sq.ft plot.
Project Requirements:
Two design options for the floor plan (to provide flexibility in layout and concept)
The house should have two floors
Each option must include:
1 master bedroom
2 additional bedrooms
Kitchen with utility space
Courtyard
Parking space
Landscape area (priority if it can be included within the house layout)
The plan should be detailed and space-efficient, reflecting thoughtful use of natural materials and elements.
Ideal Freelancer:
Proven experience in residential architecture or design
Previous work with eco-friendly or natural material-based projects preferred
Ability to provide layout drawings, annotations, and any relevant 3D or visual concepts would be a plus
