Sustainable Architectural & Structural Plans for Residential Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Residential Renovation Project located in Fayetteville GA - USA. Existing Floor Plan is attached for your reference.
This house is fully gutted and the plan is salvage what we can (if we do 45% salvage they consider it a "new build" ), and make a more logical (and greener) structure.
Ideally looking to utilize the space effectively to create the following rooms:
- Central Kitchen
- Dining Room
- Living Room
- 3 bedrooms, 3 baths - 1 of which shall be a master bedroom with private master bath
- 1 soundproof 15x20 recording studio room with large window-wall-doors that open to a back deck. Private Entrance and Private Bathroom.
(so in total 4 bed 3.5 bath)
If we could incorporate large window doors that open to an outdoor deck and the backyard from the living room too, that would be great.
