Sustainable Architectural Design Optimization

Job ID: 38973609

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm looking to enhance a multi-purpose architectural building design for improved energy efficiency, leveraging existing 3D IFC model data.

The building will be situated on a farm, accommodating:
1. A Greenhouse Area: Specifically designed for plant cultivation.
2. A Utility/Storage Facility: An area for tools, equipment, pumps, tanks, and other necessary systems.

Main Objectives:
- Efficiently integrating these spaces.
- Designing the building with a focus on sustainable energy usage.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficiency in thermal and HVAC analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in energy-efficient design strategies, particularly passive solar design.
- Experience with using spray foam for thermal insulation.
- Understanding of greenhouse design, particularly with respect to temperature regulation.

Your task is to optimize the design to maximize the use of passive solar design principles. The greenhouse area will primarily need to be designed with temperature regulation in mind, so previous experience working with similar projects will be a plus.

Please provide a portfolio of previous relevant work with your application.
