Susan’s Backyard Paradise

We are interested in updating a 1940’s bungalow with a daylight basement into two separate homes, adding a living space by enclosing a concrete outdoor patio and adding a bit more space to the current footprint. We want to change the basement garage into an art studio by removing the driveway to push into the front by about 10ft and creating a green house to bring in light. Eventually we would like to add a few windows and a balcony to the first floor. We would also like to explore the possibility of adding a roof deck or studio above the existing house. We would love to price out CLT for some of it as well.
