QS Surveyor Construction

I am looking for a quantity surveyor with experience in residential building projects for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will be able to provide cost planning and commercial management services.

Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record in quantity surveying for residential building projects
- Strong understanding of cost planning and commercial management
- Knowledge of the construction industry and pricing
- Ability to analyze and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Expected tasks:

Tender
1. Analyse construction project and make the estimate
2. Discuss with the Architects via emails and ask required questions for the project for an accurate estimation of the project

On going projects
1. Create the full task lists of works with the estimate time
2. Create the list of the materials and timing when need to be ordered
3. Check progress of the works of staff- analyse quantities and tasks so we can pay for the exact amount of works provided within the time
4. Analyse and make costs for projects extra works
