The redesign must reflect and respect Omani cultural values and be well-suited to the local climate conditions, particularly the high temperatures.

Ground Floor: Majlis, living room, bedroom, entrance, staircase, kitchen, dining room, and maid’s room.
First Floor: Master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and an exit to the upper courtyard.
Scope of Work:
Replacement of floor tiling throughout selected areas.
Concealing structural imperfections, including wall corners and built-in shelves.
Priority focus areas include:

The majlis
The living room
The master bedroom
Specific Notes:
Kitchen: No furniture replacement is required — only improvements and refinishing as needed.
Majlis: Furniture is to remain unchanged.
