Subdivision and Townhouse Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I have an existing structure that needs to be subdivided for townhouse development. The design should include specific numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. The project is as much about the subdivision/strata title as it is about the townhouse design, so I need someone with skills and experience in both areas.
Town planning in Victoria Australia is a LENGTHY process with the local council. For proposal from outside Australia or do not have a Town Planning License, it cannot be considered!!
Building design also require to family with local building code in Australia. Also building design approval is required by local council. So if you have no previous relevant experience, please do not reply to this tender.
