Studio Shed Design for City Plan Submission

I plan to build a Work Shed with electricity (100A) of 147 SQFT at my home backyard, no water nor sewage. Need to work with an architect to resolve the remaining items to get the plan approved.

City of Cupertino (CA) Review Status:
1) Planning division approved
2) Building department completed 2nd review, drawings need additional work
