Structural plans - Residential home in Los Angeles
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a structural engineer with expertise in creating construction plans for a residential home in Los Angeles.
THE GOAL:
Take the existing architectural plans and contractor's notes to create structural plans. Based on the contractor's direction, make changes for time, efficiency and cost. Must work closely with the project manager to ensure the project meets all building code requirements.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficient experience in structural design and construction planning, preferably with properties in Los Angeles or California
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Knowledge California Building code
- Ability to provide the structural plans stamped (to be submitted for city review)

3a. There are two additional balconies in the opposite side of the house (see pictures)
4. Kitchen french doors "DOOR 3"
