Structural plans

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with structural plans for a commercial building. The project is moderately complex, and I am looking for someone to provide me with a detailed project proposal to consider. The successful freelancer must have relevant experience in creating structural plans for commercial buildings, and be able to provide me with samples of past work.
