Structural and architectural design/drawing to Australian standard
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I require service of Structural engineer and Drafter to design and draw working drawings for residential house.
Specifications:
Basement/garage - base slab, bored piles, shotcrete wall, suspended reinforced concrete slab between basement and ground floor.
First floor- double bricks external walls. suspended reinforced concrete slab between ground and second floor.
Second floor - double bricks external walls, steel roof trusses.
Roof - provision for roof deck for services. (Aircon, hot water etc.)
