Structural Plans for Pool & Spa

I'm looking for a professional with experience in civil and structural engineering, particularly with Cinderblock designs, to create detailed plans for a 9’x24’x(3’-6’) rectangular swimming pool with an integrated spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a CMU block wall with reinforced steel bars, waterproofing membranes, and drainage systems.
- Provide comprehensive construction plans, including a full materials list.
- Incorporate specific, detailed plans for spa integration.
- Plans must be signed and stamped by a California licensed PE to obtain building permits.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
