I need a thorough inspection of a 50+ year old residential roof with concrete tiles.
Key areas to assess:
- Roof structure condition
- Signs of roof spread or structural deterioration
- Adequacy of structural support for a removed chimney breast (RSJ/lintel etc.)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with residential roofs, especially older properties
- Knowledge of concrete tile roofing
- Structural engineering background is a plus
- Ability to provide a detailed report with recommendations
