I'm seeking a qualified structural engineer to evaluate an existing single-family home.
Key Requirements:
- Assess structural integrity of Garden level or English basement (Only has 3 concrete walls.)
- Identify necessary repairs or reinforcements
- Provide a detailed report with recommendations
- Need to be able to provide PE stamp if plan is approved.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Licensed structural engineer
- Experience with residential properties
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Be able to think outside the box, but inside the code to find solutions that prioritize preserving existing structures and keeping costs low while ensuring safety and compliance.
