I am primarily in need of a highly experienced structural engineer who can handle comprehensive calculations, beam/column sizing, bracing, connections, and detail coordination with the architectural and foundation design based on spread footings with a standard bearing pressure.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in the International Building Code (IBC)
- Ability to deliver detailed calculations suitable for further design and future permit application
- Experience working with architectural drawings and Revit drafting files (we provide these)
