Structural Assessment of Commercial Building
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a qualified structural engineer to assess two small jobs on a commercial building.
Requirements:
- Assess corroded structural steel that has been covered and concealed by "bog," which is already cracking. Photos of the previous condition will be provided.
- Evaluate a hole in the bar floor caused by a collapsed joist.
- Provide a detailed written report, including an assessment of the previous condition, current state, and recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
- Certify the works as complete after proper assessment and necessary corrections.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Licensed structural engineer
- Experience with commercial buildings
- Expert Report Required by 19/6
- In Singleton, Hunter Valley.
