DELIVERABLES:
1. MODIFY existing DWD or PDF for TWO (2) NEW CONSTRUCTION
OR CREATE NEW Floor Plans that have all drawings (foundation, electrical, plumbing, hvac, etc.).
2. CREATE Detailed 3D Exterior of all 4 sides of each building with placement from each other on land with slope + elevation.
:: Both buildings share the same driveway, SHOW BOTH IN Detailed 3D Exterior drawing
+++ THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE IF 3D drawing is NOT EXACTLY like photo. +++

:: 3 levels each floor has a 10' ceiling height because of slopeBuilding
B. 30' X 60' Garage with small bedroom suite - SEE ATTACHMENT
:: change 2 garage doors to 3 garage door
:: double check that Foundation plan is correct given the garage change
:: show Detailed 3D Exterior of all 4 sides of building and how it shares the driveway with the main building in front of it.
