Freelancer must know how to 1) Read Architectural plans. 2) AutoCad/Rivet and create elevations. 3) Create 2D and 3D renderings. 4) understand interior design concepts from referencing photos (I provide). 5) Have good communication skills. This project must be completed by Dec 17th by 8:30am/pacific standard time.
PROJECT: Commercial office space: One person reception, Lobby space for 4 to 6 persons, 3 same size offices (15' x 15'approx), 3 semi-private work/hoteling areas, Small break/cafe space, One open work/lounge space. Space will be 3,500sq.ft. up to 4,000 sq.ft.
