5-Story Residential Building with Annex

I'm looking for an experienced architect and builder to help me design and construct a 5-story residential building on my plot of land, alongside an annex. The main features of the project include:

- An essential underground parking facility for the residential building

The design of the main building and the annex has not been finalized yet. I am open to suggestions regarding the architectural style of the buildings.

I would appreciate if you have skills and experience in:
- Modern, Traditional and Mediterranean architecture
- Designing guest houses, storage spaces and home offices
- Planning and implementing underground parking facilities
- Building 5-story structures
