1.5 Story House Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking to create a comprehensive floor plan for a 1.5 story house. The total finished square footage will be 1800, with an unfinished basement and egress. The key areas included in the design are:
- An open living area
- A master bedroom second floor
- A second bedroom on second floor
- shared full or 3/4 bath &,dbl sinks second floor
- A guest bedroom main floor
- full bath on the main floor
The open living area should feature a vaulted ceiling and possibly kitchen. Kitchen with walkin pantry and large island. Need main floor, mud/laundry room. The, design mu
MUST accommodate a Side Entrance. The lot slopes to the west and has a lake view to the east hence need for side entrance.
Need unfinished basement that can accomodate 2 bedroons facing west with egress windows. Need roughin bath in basement and utility room
Ideal candidates for this project should have drafting and or architectural background with experience in designing 1 1/2 story houses. Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of building codes
Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your bid.
Would like to understand fee for creating build blueprint floorplan. Prefer fixed price that allows 2-3 chg itterations. Will not accept fee that is percent of build cost since only after a build blueprint floorplan at this time
