THREE (3) DELIVERABLES:

1. MODIFY existing DWD or PDF for TWO (2) NEW CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS

BUILDING A - 55' x 58' on a Steeply slope lot - SEE ATTACHMENTS
:: FLOOR PLAN IS COMPLETE but has no builder's or permit plans.
:: NEED Foundation, Electrical, Plumbing, Elevations, Section, HVAC and Roof Plan.

BUILDING B - 30' X 60' Garage with small bedroom suite - SEE ATTACHMENT
:: change position of garage doors

2. CREATE Detailed 3D Exterior of all 4 sides of each building and show as it will sit the on land with slope + elevation.
:: Both buildings share the same driveway, SHOW IT IN Detailed 3D Exterior drawing

3. Deliver files in DWG & PDF in ARCH D 24" x 36" format
