Stamped MEP Drawings for Commercial Project in NY
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are seeking an experienced MEP engineer to review mechanical drawings, provide alterations if needed, and provide the necessary stamped drawings for a building permit in New York State (upstate NY not NYC).
We are currently in the process of acquiring a building permit for an extension/addition (2070 sq ft) of our commercial daycare facility that will add 3 additional classrooms. We already have stamped structural engineering drawings completed that have been submitted to our town's building department and now need stamped MEP drawings for submission. We have drafted preliminary drawings in REVIT for the expansion's mechanical systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC drawings. These preliminary REVIT drawings are based on the structural drawings and based on on-site measurements. They may be utilized entirely or modified if needed by the MEP engineer. A COMcheck compliance report has been produced for the expansion/addition and is included in the preliminary REVIT drawings.
