We had a Company create plans for us for a Pool but they don't handle the actual structures so we need someone to finish up the plans for us. We still need the below:
-Grading and drainage plans
-Architectural plans for the patio cover
-Architectural Plans for the pool equipment room
*concrete reinforcement lap splices and corner reinforcement. CRC R403.1.3.5.4
and Also to specify a minimum of 3500 psi air-entrained concrete design mix for exterior slabs. CRC Table R402.2
